Become a Volunteer

The Central Missouri Stop Human Trafficking Coalition is run solely by volunteers. Our organization could not operate without people in our community donating their time to help trafficking victims in our area. We depend on our volunteers to ensure that we can continue in our mission to stop human trafficking in Mid-Missouri through education and action.

We cannot accomplish our mission alone. We need your help to be able to reach more people with education and resources. No matter if you can only commit to something small or want to dedicate more of your time to join us in our mission, we are grateful for any way that you can get involved.

How you can help

Our needs are ever-changing, but that does not mean that we don’t need help. Our volunteers can do things such as help at events or organize donations, but they can also get more involved with the women we serve. Our volunteers do things such as help our survivors by driving them to appointments or helping with grocery shopping. While these may seem like small things, they make a world of difference in our ability to serve these women. Each one of our volunteers makes a difference in our survivors’ lives and contribute to their recovery.

Get Involved

We could not serve any of these survivors if it were not for the hours of effort put in by our volunteers. If you are interested in combatting human trafficking and modern-day slavery in central Missouri, please fill out our volunteer form to let us know you want to join in our fight. If you have any questions regarding our volunteer program or our organization, please reach out to us today to learn more and find out how you can help!

Whatever your skill, we have a place for you!

The Coalition is continually looking for compassionate, caring and motivated individuals to fill a variety of positions to ensure the success of our agency and the survivors we serve.

Our needs are ever-changing, so we offer a variety of ways to get involved. Our volunteers help at events and organize donations, but they can also get more involved with the survivors we serve by driving them to appointments or helping with grocery shopping. While these may seem like small things, they make a world of difference in our ability to serve survivors. Each one of our volunteers makes a difference in our survivorsโ€™ lives and contribute to their recovery.

All volunteers are required to complete an application, a background check, orientation and training.
